The Director General of the Immigration and Citizenship Agency, Mr. Mustafa Sheikh Ali Dhuhulow, held a meeting at the Headquarters (HQ) with the Directors of the Agency’s regional offices across the Federal Member States.

The Director-General first listened to reports from the heads of the regional offices, who provided detailed updates on the services they offer and the challenges they face in their operations and local environments.

Finally, the Director-General, who has recently been focusing on assessing the extensive work carried out by the Immigration and Citizenship Agency, urged the Directors of the regional offices to accelerate service delivery in the various offices across the Federal Member States. He also emphasized the importance of prioritizing the quality and efficiency of services provided to the public.
