Director General of the Immigration and Citizenship Agency Conducts Airport Tour to Ensure Operational Excellence

The Director General of the Immigration and Citizenship Agency, Mr. Mustafa Duhulow, conducted an extensive tour of Aden Abdulle International Airport to review the operations of key departments. During his visit, the Director General inspected the immigration counters at arrivals and departures, as well as the Aliens and Visa Department.

The purpose of the tour was to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided to travelers and foreign nationals. Mr. Duhulow emphasized the importance of delivering high-quality services, fostering teamwork among staff, and maintaining order and professionalism across all operational areas.

Following the tour, the Director General held a meeting with department heads, supervisors, and staff members to receive detailed reports on their activities and challenges.
