Diplomatic Passport 

The Diplomatic passport is a type of passport issued to members of the Somali government, including members of parliament and government officials. It is also issued to Somali citizens who are traveling abroad for official government business.

• Individual written request
• Two ID size photos
• Criminal History letter from CID (Criminal
  Investigation Division) – Adults Only
• Birth Certificate or Proof of Residence from
  (local government or closest Somali Embassy when residence is outside of
  the country)
• Passing a personal check and the conditions
  mentioned in Articles 1 and 2
• Payment receipt of passport fees from the Finance
  Office
